Engineering leader with 21 years experience in Product Delivery, Program management and Business Operations managing Enterprise products (revenue 500+ Million) and Global Engineering teams (800+ resources). Excellent track record of managing multiple cross-geo & cross-functional teams through full software development cycles & methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative & Agile) and managing Business Operations for Global Engineering teams including communications cadence, resource planning & hiring, site strategy, outside services and vendor management.
Maneesh Pandey
Working in education space with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, providing support in capacity building of the teams of the organization, helping in strategic planning and partnerships to working with tech companies in content development and helping digitization of classroom transaction methods, tools, and games. A flagbearer in developing the innovative idea of community-owned elementary schools and practicing ideas like theatre, pottery, carpentry, sports, etc as subjects in the school curriculum and creating a demand in the communities for similar quality education from government schools.
Natasha Chanda Acharya
24 years of work experience focusing on production management, process management, people management, channel management, running a profit centre. Extensive experience in consulting with Indian ministries and bilateral agencies documenting various public support schemes and success stories spanning start-ups / incubators. Living the entrepreneurial journey for last 8 years, building and managing an e-commerce platform for the hand-loom and handicraft industry.
Soumya Acharya
A business professional who strives towards creating the perfect eco-system which includes the partner, customer and internal team members to design business solution using various products, services. 20 years of experience in India and the APAC, CALA and other regions, developing skills in leading large teams, managing P&L while charting GTM and expansion strategies across multiple verticals in these geographies. Founded Customer Experience Lab – an organisation that provides curated customer experiences for enterprises – working to disrupt the idea of customer experience by bringing in real time measurable customer journey parameters/analytics that will help in measuring customer experience across domains.
